Hello Marcelo,
could you please share with us a link to your website so we could see the problem?

The login is in a Custom HTML module and any module just works, I also have never seen anything like it.

It is very difficult to explain, it seems that none of the facebook application works on the site, login, like box or comments.

Marcelo,
Something on your site is altering JFBConnect's inclusion of the Facebook Javascript library. If you open the HTML on the page, you'll find the following line:
js.src="http://arraialdocabo.local.br.com/connect.facebook.net/en_GB/all.js"
The way that JFBConnect inserts the line is really:
js.src="//connect.facebook.net/en_GB/all.js"

Either your template or some extension is changing that link. This is usually due to optimization or minimization type scripts that try to make things more efficient. In this case, it's breaking our link.

Hope that helps you narrow it down,
Alex
