Module Positions

I want to show comments and like button right below the articles but I dont know which positions I gotta place them therefore. Could you kindly help me? and where to get Turkish language?

I've solved the problem by editing index.php and creating new position into the template modules. Now the only problem is language but if it doesnt exist for tr_TR, I can translate it by myself. Thank you, anyway. btw, you can close this topic.

may I get SCLogin english languge (.ini) file cuz I did sth wrong? Im having trouble with character set.
