Hello,
I suggest we first help you fix the "not working" issue and then we'll move to the "language" problem.

first, you should take a look at the Configuration Guide , which might help you set the component up.
second, you might have another 3rd party extension interfering with JFBC. for that we will need to see the actual website so we could try and help you solve the problem.

let us know if the Configuration Guide helped. if no, please provide us a link to your website and we will take a look.

Well, thanks Ive solved most of the issues such as login and fanbox but still have a problem with module positions because my template doesnt have a position in the top-middle So this causes JFCBFan or the other modules like fan and so to be unable to use. How can I create new positions for those modules? thanks.. And what about language?

we are glad to hear those problems were solved.

JFBC's modules, like every other Joomla modules, uses templates positions to be positioned and displayed in the various website pages.
unfortunately JFBC is not designed to add missing positions to the template, and this is something you would have to solve with the template creator (or by yourself).

you can always create new positions in the template, or use the JFBC Tags (i.e {JFBComment}) to position the various features inside content pages (on not directly in module positions).

let us know if that helped or if you need help with anything else.

Yes, exactly it helped me, came to my mind that I could create new positions in template by coding easily and I did it anyhow. So I've also solved position issue. btw, do I have to translate the language of component by myself as well into tr_TR or it already exists that I can download it here somewhere. Thank you for interest.

Cheers!
