Login Denied message

I'm getting the following error when I hit the login with facebook button.

Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet.

I'm not sure who is generating the error, Facebook, JFBConnect or Community Builder, or what the error means.

Hello,
this problem is likely to be caused by CB, since you have set it to do an activation of every new registered user, which does not happen when you register to the site with your FB account.
Go to the JFBC settings -> Configuration -> Profile -> Community Builder (assuming you have the plugin installed/enabled):
Skip CB Activation: Skip
since FB has already activated and validated the users email/account there's now need to do that again.
