Check to make sure you have the JFBConnect - Community Builder Profile plugin enabled. Then, in the "Profiles" section of JFBConnect, ensure that the "Skip CB Activation" setting is also enabled.
Finally, if all that is correct but the user is still not activated, you'll need to make sure that any fields in CB are marked as not Required... or, if they are required, you'll need to make sure the User Creation setting of JFBConnect is set to "Full Joomla User" and the "Show Required Fields" setting in the Profiles area is set to "Show". That will let the user fill out those required fields on registration. CB is extremely picky about saving it's users. If there are required fields that aren't filled out, it will reject the user. No other extension we integrate does this, but the steps above should help you work around them.
