When do the extension ready for virtuemart and joomla 2.5?

We definitely ran into a few issues creating the Virtuemart 2.0 profile plugin for JFBConnect. We are still working on it, and currently, it works for creating the user and importing their profile. We're still working on the ability to show extra fields during registration and have those saved.

Please be aware that Virtuemart 2.0 stable does -not- support Joomla 2.5 yet. We've run into many issues with it, and on their forums they constantly say that J2.5 is not support, just Joomla 1.7. The next release of theirs should support J2.5.

With all that said, we're excited about the Virtuemart 2.0 release. So far, it looks like we'll be able to support the automatic user creation (Facebook User Only) as well as the longer registration process (Full Joomla User), whereas with Virtuemart 1.x, we could only support the Full Joomla User mode.

The new release will be out by the end of this month, and we're hoping (if all goes well) it will be out next week. We'll post back here when something is available.

The first release of the Virtuemart 2 plugin is now available. You can learn more, and download it, from the link below. Sorry it took so long, there was a bit of effort that had to go into re-developing it for the new Virtuemart release as well as testing it across both Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 2.5:
