Does not work - Need Help!

I am trying to get my FBConnect up and running. Is there a help desk or support people I can talk too? Attached Error and Facebook settings

I have the correct URL listed at Facebook. It works up to the point I type in my facebook user name and password, then it fails. Is there any way to get Facebook API Error: (#5) Unauthorized source IP address tech help to log into my systems and have a set it up for me? I would really like to see it work. If not, how to I uninstall it?

On the Overview tap I get this error message:
Facebook API Error: An unknown error occurred
Facebook API Error: An unknown error occurred

Select your application -> Edit Settings.
You should configure the Site URL and App Domain.
