So, if a user is on joomla.com, you want them to be redirected and registered on jomsocial.joomla.com? If you're using jFusion, that should just work, actually. While we don't test with jFusion specifically, we have many users who have successfully configured JFBConnect in multi-site / multi-database configurations.
