If you're having trouble accessing your account, we'll need to resolve that first. It will also help you so that you can access the 4.1 release, which has a lot of great improvements over 4.0, including the new Requests system for letting your users invite their friends or to send notifications to all of your users on Facebook.
First, I'm assuming you didn't create the other account through Facebook, since you shouldn't have any issues logging in with that account. So, if it's a Joomla only account, we'd recommend trying to reset the password first. Then, if that doesn't work, please email us from the email address of the account at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and we'll reset your password for you. If you don't know the email address you used, feel free to send any information about the payment you made so we can look it up that way.
Once we figure out how to get you back into the account you subscribed from, I'm sure we'll be able to help you fix the issues your having.
