Even though it may look like it's working, I'll still explain a little. The "unreachable" error can occur if your page is brand new or you just added Facebook integration to it. Facebook likes to scan a few pages of your site to ensure there's no porn, malicious content, spam, etc. Until it does that, it will throw up a few warnings like you saw. They generally go away with time.

With that said, I'm still a bit concerned about the URL you posted (/news-feeds). That URL is indeed unreachable and throws a 500 error. There's nothing on the page you linked too which also links to the news-feeds link, so something is strange there. Everything else in the HTML looks spot on though, so I do think the elves may have been working overtime. However, I'd recommend that at some point you post a few comments and then check your wall to make sure that the link-backs to each article are correct. If not, let us know.
