The JFBCInvite module is no longer included in JFBConnect v4.1. Instead, you should move to the "Requests" module and configuration in this release. You can read more about how to setup Requests:

As for the red SSL, your page looks fine. The reason it's red is because some images on your site are being loaded without using the https. That's not an issue for our needs though as the main page HTML is being delivered over a secure connection, and that's all Facebook cares about.. so that shouldn't cause you any problems.
Hope that explains. The new Requests feature is a lot more powerful than the old JFBCInvite module, but can be tedious to setup. We're working on the documentation and some changes to help streamline the process.
