When I click the "Final URL" or "Canonical URL" links, I'm going to a page that is a 404 error. That's the cause of the error.

Can you tell me what page you're trying to reach from your site? That will help narrow down if there are problems on that page that are causing Facebook to look at the wrong page.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex! I have the same problem and same error messages in the Object Debugger.
My "Final URL" or "Canonical URL" links are not 404 error.

I followed the tutorial step by step, I can not find the solution.
Can you help me?

Can you post the URL you're trying to debug? Have you specified any Open Graph tags for the page, or are you letting JFBConnect automatically implement them? When we see the page, and the Debugger Tool's results, we'll better understand what's happening, and be able to suggest some fixes.

Thanks,
Alex

It may be that the error occurs because the site is not published and therefore accessible only through login?!?!

Rob,
Sorry for the delayed response. You are correct. If your site isn't accessible, Facebook can't scan the pages like it wants to. Once it's live, and Facebook can easily see a few pages (even if many are registered), it will be able to update it's tags and won't throw error/warning messages. Until it can see enough pages to ensure your site isn't spam, porn, malicious, etc, it won't take much time to look at your pages.

When you open the site up, if you still run into issues, definitely let us know.

Again, sorry for the delay, and good luck!
Alex
