That's part of the new Open Graph beta that was just announced by Facebook last month. We're still investigating how to best integrate these features, as it's a completely custom implementation for each site (user <verb> this <noun>). It will definitely be in JFBConnect at some point in the future, but not available directly now through a configuration area.
If you have a developer or PHP skills, we can definitely do what we can to help you add these actions on some pages, but it's not going to be as easy as "add one line here and you're done".
