comments inside of an article

Alon,
You can use the Social configuration area to set the Like and Comment box to show in all article views, or just specific ones (per category or article ID). In the "Content Plugin - Like" (or Content Plugin - Comment) section, in the "View Settings" area, simply set the location (top, bottom, or both) and the widget will show up in that location. If you leave the category, section, and front page view settings to "None", it won't show in those views.

Do you have the JFBCContent and JFBCSystem plugins both enabled? If those are setup right, I don't have any great answers and would likely need admin credentials to get into the admin area of the site to see what's going on.
