og:images settings was created by exigo
Hi!
i'm want use the global images.
my settings is on the open grap tab
images=http://www.mydomain.xxx/images/mypic.jpg (valid url)
if i use the like button in my article or my home page, dont use this image.
why? :)
i look at this the fb debugger, that say:
"Required Property Missing og:image is required. The Like Plugin will only generate one-line stories unless this property is provided.
but i see the image tag in my source code."
What am I doing wrong, or I what don't understand?

I am not from Source Coast support, but I noticed you have "images=", and it should be "image=" (single image).

Exigo,
Look at the source of your page, and you should see something like:
<meta property="og:image" content="http://www.mydomain.xxx/images/mypic.jpg"/>
Also, Facebook refreshes it's cache of the Open Graph tags on a page about every 24 hours, so if you had the tag messed up (images vs image), it may take FB a day to 'catch up'. The URL debug tool usually refreshes this immediately, but there have been issues in the past.

Finally, is that the only tag that Facebook is reporting as missing, or are there others?

now checked the facebook debugger, written with no errors, I think you should wait until the update.
not use my image yet

Hi Alex!

Still have that problem. What can i do?
I look a FB debugger, and he say all options ok, i can see my image.
(Upgrade now the 4.0.2)

UPDATE
the new article is use the og:image, its ok.
my old article use old image yet...

Exigo,
Not really sure what the cause is. Can you post (or private message) a link to one of the pages that isn't posting the correct image so we can take a look at what's happening?

Exigo,
I just looked at your page and don't see anything wrong. Since you mentioned other users have shared it, it may take a little while longer for Facebook to start using the new image.

A good test would be to create a new article and add a specific image to it. Be the first to Like it, and see what happens. If correct, then it's a good indicator that the image functionality is working.

Hope that helps get you started testing, and like I said, everything looks right from what we can see,
