No, you don't. In the Facebook API tab of the Configuration area, please enable the "Skip SSL Verification" setting (or something similar). Your server doesn't have the most up-to-date root certificates, so it simply isn't able to validate Facebook's certificate. Your site doesn't require an SSL certificate unless you plan to the Page Tab or Canvas integration.
