Robert,
There wasn't an image attached. With our system, after you upload it, you actually have to hit the green check next to in in the attachments area.

As for the Live Stream, one of the common issues is that the Open Graph tags should be enabled to make it work. If you don't already, go to the Social -> Open Graph configuration area and enable Open Graph Integration. Then, if you're using v3.4.x, hopefully, things will start working. If you're using an older version, you'll want to add the following tag into the big Open Graph default box:
app_id=xxxxx
Where xxx is your Facebook App ID. In 3.4 we add that as a default automatically, so you won't need to.

If that doesn't solve your problem, please post the image of the error, paste the message you see, or post a link to the page where the error is happening, and we'll get you fixed up.

Finally, no worries about the other posts. Using forums for support is great because users can hopefully find solutions to some problems over waiting for us.. but it also means we need to be a little more proactive about keeping things tidy. Didn't mean to be rough to you yesterday :)

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks a lot Alex, the problem is solved, I checked everything and Now it's working, one last question I put a JFBCFan module in my page , and it appears ok, but it didn't appears who is fan of the page. Is there any requirements of number of Fans or something?, because the Facebook Page has just 6 fans (we're starting... ). Thank you for your answer.

Robert,
No, there's no 'minimum' amount of fans required to show faces. The problem here is usually that the height of the module is too short. I don't recall the exact numbers, but with the stream and header shown, to show faces as well, the minimum height is something like 500px. If you take the header or stream off, you can make it shorter, but you'll have to experiment.

If that doesn't work for you, just let us know, and as always, we'll do what we can to help!

Good luck,
Alex

HI Alex, many thanks for your answer, and you're right, Now i put 510 in the Height, but as you can see in the attachment (JFBCFan too big) there is a wasted space between the "LIKE" option and the "Faces", why?, is it a parameter of the JFBCFan ?, or there is an error. Many thanks for your answer.

No problem! Glad to hear you got it going. Hopefully, everything goes smoothly from here.

Finally, please consider leaving a rating and review on the JED for JFBConnect and/or our support. It's certainly not required, but very appreciated:

Good luck,
