SUGGESTION: This page might need some work

For the template issue on that page, I think you found a possible bug in JFBConnect that we're investigating. Basically, when shown in a Canvas Page, JFBConnect tries to force the body width of the page to the right side. If caching is on, it's a Joomla content/article page, and a few other things, the forced size can be cached as well causing the page to look squished on the 'live' site as well.. until the cache is refreshed.

We're looking into the cause and will definitely have a fix out in the next release.

As for the Page Tab Type, it looks like Facebook changed the name of that setting to "iframe Page Tab". They change their setting names whenever they please (too often we think), so thanks for pointing that out.
