i go active and my web crash and send error and deactive and all its good

What version of JFBConnect are you using, and what version of the JomSocial plugin? All of this can be found on the JFBConnect overview page in the admin area.

Also, please post from the account you subscribed from, as priority support is for subscribers only.

Sorry for the troubles and slow response. We were travelling this last weekend to Joomla Day Chicago and still catching up.

We haven't heard of this issue before. Please give more of a description as to what actually breaks.
* Does the whole site goes down? Admin and front-end?
* Is it only during registration, or logging in?
* Whenever it breaks, do you get a blank white page?
** If so, can you enable Error Reporting in the Global Configuration area and tell us what the error is?
** If not, what's actually happening?

To help diagnose, can you try help us narrow down the cause by disabling the following settings and see if it works.. if so, try re-enabling them one-by-one to see which is the 'killer' problem:
* Disable Import Avatar (this is the cause a lot of the time).
* Disable "Always Import Profile Data"
* Disable "Import Facebook Status"

Finally, let us know if you're using the new Multi-Profile features built-in to JFBConnect to either pre-set or let the user select their profile.

hi alzander ,
ok what happend is i am moving my site from joomla 1.5 to joomla 1.7 i have the whole site ready, but when i enable this plugin the whole site goes down Admin and front-end when the plugin is disable the site works when i enable the plugin the whole site goes down, and i get a blank page, at this momente the profile i can not disable what you tell me because in the admin side i have no profile adminstrator as you can see in the attach.

There was no file attached. After you upload it, you have to specifically include it in posts.

Most importantly, if you can enable Error Reporting in the Global Configuration area then when you see the white page, there should be a PHP message about what the error is. Please let us know what the error is as that will help us diagnose things further. We're doing a lot of testing right now for the 3.4.1 release (minor bugfix) coming out later this week, and haven't seen the issue you're mentioning at all. You're also the only one to report it, which makes it harder to diagnose.

I'm also running into something similar. I just installed the latest: Jommla 1.7, JomSocial 2.2.3, Kunena 1.6.5 and jfbconnect 1.7 v3.4.0. Everything works perfectly until I try to enable either the JomSocial profiles plugin or Kunena profiles plugin. I then get a 500 internal server error until I turn them back off. Before posting this I downloaded these pugins again from the mysubscriptions area. It says these profile plugsins are for J1.6? (plg_jfbprofiles_jomsocial_j1.6_v3.4.2.tar.gz & plg_jfbprofiles_kunena_j1.6_v3.4.1.tar.gz) Do these not work with 1.7 yet? If so when do you think they will?

Both of those plugins have been tested with Joomla 1.7. Kunena with the 1.6.5 version your using, and JomSocial with 2.2.3 and 2.2.4. So.. it should work.

If you could, please try disabling just one of the plugins and see if it works. If so, swap the one that's enabled, and try again. If you can help narrow it down that way, it will help us a bit. If you're really overzealous, when you find the 'problem' plugin, try enabling it but disabling some of the features (avatar import, etc) to narrow down if there's a specific setting causing the problem.

I'm on the project with sundog mentioned above. I've disabled all plugins except joomla authentication and then systematically enabled jfbconnect plugins. All work fine until I enable either jomsocial or kunena profile plugins mentioned and the 500 error pops up again. Any guidance on troubleshooting this further is appreciated.
