Lonny,
There's a few issues with your site that I can see, that all would be causing the issues you're seeing:
1) Something else is trying to initialize the Facebook Javascript library, and it's doing so with a bogus App ID. If you open the source code HTML for your page, and search for "FB.Init", you'll see our code at the top. At the bottom, there's another long block of code which is trying to use the AppId of 24242342. I don't know what's inserting that, but if you're using other Facebook extensions, they should be disabled. Once JFBConnect is fully configured, you can try re-enabling them, but they may continue to conflict with JFBConnect.
2) Similar to above, another extension (possibly the same) is loading the Facebook Javascript library. Again, search for "all.js" in your source code. The first one at the top that ends with #xfbml=1 needs to be removed. JFBConnect loads this library already, and it should not be double-loaded.
Hope that helps get you going. I can't make those changes in your admin area, because I don't know what other extensions your using and how, so I don't want to remove features I don't know about.
Thanks,
Alex
