It's not working because of the Facebook Share button in the module you're using. The Facebook share button was deprecated (discontinued) by Facebook earlier this year. While the Share button still works on it's own, it can cause conflicts with Facebook's other, newer features when included on the same page. They recommend using the Like button only, combined with the Open Graph tags, which JFBConnect supports. For more information, see:

Hopefully, you can simply disable the Share button in the module you're using. If so, the Like button will continue to work normally, and will work just fine with JFBConnect's Open Graph support, if you choose to use that.
