So you're saying that the invite that is sent to the user (when they click the notification on Facebook.com) is the wrong URL? That URL is fully configured in the JFBCInvite module in the Invitee Welcome URL. Check that setting, and make sure it goes to the desired location.
If that setting is set for the right URL, but goes to the wrong place, definitely let us know as that's obviously incorrect.
