How to position the plugin in the bottem of the content?

In the JFBConnect Configuration area, click on the "Social" configuration area.. In there are 2 tabs for "Content Plugin - Comments" and "Content Plugin - Likes", and each of those have a setting for "Postion" which can be set to top/bottom/both.

Is it possible to activate the plugin in a component like zoo?

Not currently, unless that component has the ability to use Joomla Content plugins (not their own specific plugins). We're planning to extend the Content plugin to work more easily in Zoo and K2 in the future, but that ability isn't available yet.
