Hello,
We have Joomla 2.5.x + Jomsocial + JFBC Version: 6.2.4

We also have 2 types of JOOMLA USERS for our members.
I would like to allow members to post to their own SOCIAL PAGES automatically.

For example:
Member posts on jomsocial timeline or group or event - this post is pushed to that users' FB and/or Twitter and/or G+ accounts.

How can this be done? I get lost when reading the docs www.sourcecoast.com/jfbconnect/docs/posting/

Ideally, I would like to have a USER SETTING to allow joomla user to set social posting on or off and to select which networks to post to - on their own accounts. *From the front end of course.

Please advise.

Thank you!

Right now, for user social posting, we mainly only support Facebook. The options available are:
* Enable the "Push status updates to social network" in the JFBConnect -> Profiles area. When enabled, user status updates will be pushed to their Facebook Timeline if they have granted permission to do so when they authenticated with Facebook. Any status updates in JomSocial not marked as public will not be pushed.
* Creation of Open Graph Actions. With these, user actions (uploading a photo to JomSocial, Joining a group, even reading an article) can be pushed to their Activity Stream in Facebook. There is a settings area in the standard Joomla Edit Profile area where they can disable the automatic activity pushing for each action. For more information on Open Graph Actions, see:
www.sourcecoast.com/jfbconnect/docs/open-graph/actions/

The Posting documentation you linked to is for configuring social channels you own (Facebook Pages, Twitter Streams or LinkedIn Company Pages) that you, the admin, want to push content to. It's not meant for your end-users to push their activity to your managed social network channels.

I hope that helps explain, but if you have any other questions, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex
