avatar not importing

Can someone PM me or send us some login information into the backend of their server? We'd like to add a few more debug statements to the component during the copying of the image to see if we can pinpoint where the problem is.

If you have SSH or other access, that'd be super as well. Otherwise, we would need to install something like NinjaXplorer to allow us to edit some of the JFBConnect files. We won't be messing with anything else.

Thank you for providing me access to the administration area! We put a fix on your site that we'd love for you to test more, but it seems to be working.

We found the issue and changed the code. It will be available in the next release, which we're pretty confident will be out this week. It doesn't seem to be affecting many people, but hopefully this hasn't inconvenienced the few of you too much.

The problem comes from a PHP setting for allowing remotely opening files.. some web-hosts set this to 'no' by default, which was the case on Nexcent's site. I'm assuming this is case for the others affect. To check yourself, go into "Help->System Info" and the "PHP Settings". Search for "allow_url_fopen". If it's set to no, the current/soon-to-be-old method for fetching avatars will not work. The new method disregards that setting by using a different routine. We don't think this will adversely affect anyone that's currently working correctly.

If you allow_url_fopen is set to Yes, and you're still having this problem, let us know as soon as possible!

I just tried to log into your site using Facebook. After logging in, I wasn't really able to tell if I had logged in successfully. It looks like you've done some customizations to the login module (which is fine), but makes it harder to see the issue. After logging in, where can I see my profile, or where should I look to see a missing avatar?
