Click on Connect brings site up in Pop up

I got it working when the module is published to the left position of my template. In other positions it gives me the popup. The theme is from YOOTHEME.

Hey SourceCoast, I posted my problem in another thread identical to this one but as you may have guessed I'm having the same problem. It only happens every now and then and I've tried to follow all of your advise regarding the Url's but to my knowledge they're set correctly. I do have another Facebook Fan module installed on the site but they have the same API code. Also, I tried to follow the previous post by Moosed but he lost me. Are you reloading the page multiple times?
Are you getting any javascript errors when the page loads or when you click anything?
Is it only on certain pages?
Can you setup a test page that doens't have the other FB module and see if you still have the issue?
Does it happen right after you log out and log back in?
Does it happen when you first open the browser?
Are you doing anything else in the same browser (visiting Facebook, etc)?

Hopefully the answers to these questions will help us be able to reproduce the issue and get it fixed.

To answer your questions:
Yes, I'm always adding content so I reload the browser continuously and clear the cache.
Haven't gotten any javascript errors. It's on every page and it seems to be affecting the JomSocial FB Connect module as well.
Yes it has happened as I logged out and back in before and as I first opened the browser.
I usually have many tabs open at the same time including Facebook.
I typically use Firefox but have witness the same thing in IE and Safari.
The issue seems to have gone away for now but as I said, it happens sporadically and has come and gone before. I've experienced the same issue across browsers, different computers, and at different ip's. Thanks so much for the help, let me know if you need login credentials to explore further.

It seems to be doing it again. I've just finished uninstalling a bunch of components that I thought was unnecessary including JomSocial and all of a sudden there it is! Thanks for the help. I'll email you login credentials if you need them.
