In the Configuration area of JFBConnect is setting for "Registration Mode". If you want the user's account to be automatic, set the "Registration Mode" setting to "Automatic".

I hope that helps, but if you need anything else, let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

Have you already configured a Request in the admin area? Once created, you need to use the ID of that request in the JFBCRequest module. If you haven't gone through our Facebook Requests for Joomla guide yet, I'd recommend doing that.

I could not see any other social widgets enabled on your site. Can you let me know where you have them configured to display and I'll gladly help you investigate further.

Thanks,
Alex

Not yet. We generally don't like to get admin credentials until we understand the problem a little bit more. Most issues can be fixed just by viewing the front-end.

Can you explain the problem you're having more or show me where some of the social widgets are configured to display, but aren't showing up properly? That will help us diagnose things.

Thanks,
Alex

Can you tell me which page that should show on? It's set to show on 'All' menu items, but in the 'left' sidebar position. I don't see a left sidebar on any of your pages, so I'm not sure where I should be looking.

Let me know an exact URL I should look at and I'll gladly investigate why it may not be showing there. Also, let me know another module that *is* working in the same module position of 'left' so I'm sure I'm looking at the right spot.

Thanks,
Alex

Dear Alex Thanks for your reply,

JFB Comment modules description says
" jfb comment :This is the "Comments" module that goes with the JFBConnect component, which lets users comment on any piece of content on your site "

But if you log in to my website its there in " Js_profile_feeb_top position "

i want this module to be shown under every posts both in front page and profile page, under photos, under videos user should be able to comment on every thing on website but now its stuck in one position i am unable to comment on a particular post, photos, or videos on my website ....I hope u understand what i mean if not kindly reply i will make it more clear

Nitish,
The Comments module is a standard Joomla module. You can configure it to display in any template position you want it to display in, including your photos, videos and user profiles. Your template determines what module positions are available to you.

If there is no suitable module position in your template, you can always use the {JFBCComment} tag. That can be added to you JomSocial template files, your Joomla template, or any other place on your site that will be displayed to the user. JFBConnect will replace that tag with the Facebook Comments box. This method gives you the maximum flexibility to target exactly where you want the Comment box to display on any page since you don't need to rely on your template to provide the proper positions, but it can take a little more effort to implement.

I hope that helps explain,
Alex
