Domain name does not show in OVERVIEW of JFBC component

There are a few reasons why that information may not display. Usually it's a misconfiguration error that is easy to fix, but will cause issues if not. Can you tell me what version of JFBConnect are you using?

Also, please post from the account you subscribed to JFBConnect from. Priority support is for active subscribers only.

v4.0.1 of JFBConnect is almost a year old now, and very out of date. We'd highly recommend upgrading from that version to take advantage of Open Graph Actions, Facebook Invitations, and tons of new features. Additionally, there have been many bug-fixes both in JFBConnect and compatibility updates to ensure functionality works with recent changes in Facebook's API.

I'm not sure why the domain isn't showing, but with that old of a version, it could be for many reasons. If you need our help, you'll also need a subscription to JFBConnect, which you don't appear to have. To get one, use the page below to subscribe now.
