That happens when a user is logged into Facebook and using the "Use Facebook As" feature where you can browse as though you are a Facebook Page. You can't register on sites as a "Page", only a "profile". There's no way to fix that. The error message above, when clicked, will redirect the user to their profile so they can switch back to their profile account.
