Eros,
The Facebook Javascript library isn't being properly inserted on the page from JFBConnect. That could be caused by any of the following:
* The System Cache plugin is enabled and ordered before the JFBCSystem plugin. The System - Cache plugin should be ordered last, always.
* Some other extension is stripping our tags. Gavick templates have been known to remove social features in the past when they detect them so that theirs can load. That doesn't seem to be the case here, but I'd suggest making sure Gavick's social features are disabled. If that still doesn't work, please try a different template and see if that works. If so, we can help you further from there.
Let us know how that goes,
Alex
