Hello,
we accessed your website with IE9 and we saw no errors.

could you please let us know which version of IE are you using, and what is the exact error you're getting?

Mati

Hmm yes but have you tried connecting via facebook ? The issue occurs in the facebook pop-up...At least on my IE you enter your facebook credential and then it does not want to go any further. That's where I get this script5007 error

Hi @dididounet,

I suspect that the error is generated because you aren't using an SSL certificate, or, if you have not configured it for your login/auth pages.

If you do have SSL Cert (https) running on server, you should be able to set the protocol between http, default (this is your global setting) and https in the menu item leading to the page(s) in question.

I may be wrong about this but, have you tried enabling the http/s requirement in the JFBC backend?

If that doesn't work for you or you want/need more control, you will need to define it in a rewrite condition in a .htaccess file. You will prob also need mod_rewrite php module loaded and ensure that mod_rewrite is enabled in joomla global prefs.

Here's a really good link to info about htaccess files if you require it: perishablepress.com/press/2006/01/10/stupid-htaccess-tricks/

If you need info more specific to joomla and useof mod_rewrite and htaccess, check on joomla.org or google search it with your J version.

Best of luck and hope this is in someway useful,

Gez

dididounet,
I registered on your site yesterday using IE9 and saw now issues. I also just re-tested with IE7 and I can log into the same account I created yesterday. Again, there are no Javscript errors appearing for me.

Can you try from a different computer and see if that changes anything? Also, you can try from your current computer, but run IE without any addons enabled. You can do that by going to Start -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Internet Explorer (No Add-Ons).

Let us know if that helps narrow things down.

Alex
