remove comments on one article

I'm assuming you're using the JFBC Content plugin, which automatically inserts the comment box. If so, at the bottom of the "Social Configuration" area of JFBConnect, there's a box for "Exclude Article IDs". You can put in a comma separated list of article IDs that will never have the comment box shown on it. You can get the article ID from the article manager.
