Hi there.

I have bought the whole package, Joomla 1.5, newest jomosocial , and your facebook plugin.

However - after logging in with facebook - a user cannot login witout facebook.
My programmer sais it it caused by the fact FB generates a new password - and it is not visible on joomla.
We even tried to log in manually without facebook using the facebook password - but it cant log us in.

The main issue here is that perhaps our users wont be logging in via facebook anymore - are their profiles then lost ?

Can you tell us how to solve this issue ?

Maybe we are not doing it right.

We are launching our rather large website with 100.000+ users on the 1.1.2012 - so i would very much appreciate
a quick response :)

Please post from the account you purchased JFBConnect from. Even if you have multiple accounts here, if you post from the account you subscribed with, we can add that subscription to the user account you posted above with.

As for your question, there's a few answers, and it depends on your configuration of JFBConnect. There are ways to make it so that existing users can connect their existing Joomla accounts to their Facebook account, can create both a Joomla account and Facebook account (so they can login with both later), or use just Facebook to log in to the site. If you can let me know which of those three (or what combination) you're looking to utilize, we can help you understand a few of the key JFBConnect settings that will help you accomplish what you're looking for.
