Hi there, using latest jfbconnect 4.0.3 on joomla 1.5. Just got a message that a user has posted a comment in a comment box on the website. But when I go to the website or Facebook's moderation tool, the comment isn't there!

Luckily the person liked the website too so I was able to go to their profile and see the comment. So the comment has been made and exists.

How can I see the comment on my website? I know there should be 1 next to the Moderator View link but there isn't and no comments are there when I click the link. I am logged in too. What can I do?

Can you PM me the user's profile link (if it's public) so I can see the comment there and also send the URL of the page that the post should be on. I say PM just so the user's profile page isn't posted here.

Also, are there other comments on that page? Do they show properly when visiting the page directly and also when visiting it by clicking on the link in the user's FB Profile... sometimes these links are slightly different, even if the page looks the same, so knowing the answers will help.

Hi, pm sent.

Can't see the comment from the poster's profile, but another comment has gone through to the moderation area fine. The other seems to be in a different universe!
