Can you post from the account you subscribed to JFBConnect from? Priority support is for active subscribers only.
Once we know your subscription information, we can investigate further. From a first glance though, I don't have any ideas what would be causing that. Interactions between JFBConnect and other components or your template do happen, and I'm sure we'll be able to help you get to the bottom of it.
