Installed and setup JFBConnect but it doesnt work

No worries, we should be able to help get you going.

The automatic social buttons and comment box are all done through the JFBCConnect Content Plugin. First, make sure that's enabled. Then, you can configure where and how the features will show in the Social Configuration area within JFBConnect. The full details of the Content Plugin configuration can be found:

If you still have issues with things not working after that, please post (or Private Message) the URL of the page where they should be showing it. On seeing it, a lot of the time, we can diagnose common configuration problems.

Ahh. Thanks for the link. I'm not sure what it is, but you have another very old Facebook integration extension loading on that site which is conflicting with JFBConnect. Whatever it is is loading the old, unsupported version of Facebook's Javascript library, which would prevent any of the new features of Facebook from working.. upon which JFBConnect heavily relies.

Please disable any other Facebook integration extensions you have installed, and that should fix things.

If you can't figure it out, let me know, and we'll try to investigate further.

Yup, that would definitely have been the problem, and would have caused many other issues than just this.
