With JFBConnect's Community Builder integration, we have a setting in the Profiles tab which states "Skip CB Activation". If you have CB configured to require admin approvals, then JFBConnect should be creating the user with the proper activation and moderation settings as configured there.

Hope that helps get you started. If it's not working, let us know. There's only so much support we can offer when your subscription has expired though, so hopefully it's just a settings issue.
