Anything's possible, and I'd love to say "It's not JFBConnect". I really don't think it directly is, but also don't want to just blow it off for no reason. Unfortunately, still at a loss for possible issues. We definitely have a ton of international users, and have never heard of this, so it's not a systemic issue.. but could be some random confluence of events.
