The text for Likes/Sends is determined by your Open Graph tags. If you've set the title/description in the Open Graph defaults area in the Social Configurations section of JFBConnect, that will be used on all pages within your site. It's best to let JFBConnect automatically pick the meta title/description from the page (using whatever component is displayed to set it) or set it yourself on each page using the {JFBCGraph title=blah} and {JFBCGraph description=blah} tags.
