Topic-icon Blank Jomsocial profile page issue

It's strange and extremely unfortunate but after installing and connecting my own account with Facebook I'm unable to access my Jomsocial profile as it links to a blank white page.
However, as far as I can tell it's only my profile tab and not any other links/tabs. When another user logs in they are able to pull up my profile page without difficulty.
It would be fantastic if anyone has a clue how to fix this as I'm totally stumped...

Guy,
If you're getting a white page, that almost always indicates a PHP error on the page. Can you enable Error Reporting and let us know what the actual error is? That will help us determine the problem and possible fix. To enable, see Enabling Joomla Error Reporting

Alex,
I ran the error reporting system and it does not show any errors. I've logged in as another user and no problems with the profile tab.
So as far as I can tell it's only my own account.

No clue then. Can you post (or Private Message) us the URL to your site (and your profile page in particular)? If you're comfortable with it, a set of super admin credentials may help, but aren't required to debug (yet).

Thanks, I'll get back to you with login details in the near future.
In the meantime you might like to know the standard Joomla SEF is being used. Turning it off does allow access to my profile tab. I've bookmarked this URL and using it as a workaround with the SEF back on as usual.
Again as far as I can tell my profile is the only one with this issue and the workaround is OK so not a top priority issue.

Very strange. We use standard Joomla SEF without issue on a few sites, but odd things happen all the time.

If it becomes urgent, or you just finally want it figured out, just let us know!
