There's a few things that could cause this, and we'll help you get to the bottom of any of them. First, try the following (test after each if you change things):
1) Make sure you have the JFBCSystem plugin enabled
2) Turn off all caching on the site. Mainly, in the Global Configuration area and the "System - Cache" plugin, if you have either/both enabled.
3) In the Social Configuraton area, in the Misc tab, remove the "Social Tag Admin Key", if set.
I think one of those will get you going, and if so, let us know. You shouldn't have to do any of the above, so we can help you 'undo' the changes above once we narrow down the cause.
