JFBConnect 4.0.3 was created by guero

Hello!

Is the update of JFBConnect 4.0.3 (including Enh - Display the Secure Page Tab and Secure Canvas URL's for verification of proper setup for Facebook's Oct 1st requirement to have these configured) mandatory for Facebook OAuth2 Requirement. We're using 4.0.2 and wondering if we have to update again?

No. The 4.0.3 release has no real bug-fixes or improvements that are required. It updates some things in the admin area to properly show some status from any new apps that have been created in the last week or so. Older FB Apps don't have this issue, and if you're not having any issues with your site, it's fine to leave it at 4.0.2.
