Yes, Facebook recently updated their App creation area, and allow for multiple domains to be configured. Our app only detects one domain currently, so while annoying, you should be able to safely ignore that error for now.
We'll be updating the configuration guide over the next few days, and likely release a JFBConnect update to fix the domain check logic to properly work with the new apps from Facebook.
