Sorry for the troubles your having. To see the downloads, once logged in, simply click the "My Subscriptions" link in the login area in the top right. Then, click into JFBConnect and you'll see all the downloads available for it.
We'll look into making this more clear, and sorry for the troubles. Hopefully the upgrade will go smoother. Just so you know, there's an upgrade guide here:
