No. Facebook doesn't allow that. They want Like's to be initiated by the user, always, and in no way tied to doing anything on your site. They have strict policies and restrictions in place to make sure that you can't incentivize Like's in anyway, and there's nothing we can (or would) do to get around these restrictions.
With that said, you can always redirect them to a page on your site that says "Thanks for registering, don't forget to like our page" with a big Like button for your site or Facebook Page. Additionally, you can use the JFBCFan module to show your Facebook Page Like button, stream, and other things from your Page.
