To do what you're looking for should be pretty easy. For the full login form, you'll simply want to use the JFBC Login Module, which has the button and Joomla login form. There are a lot of parameters in the module that you can configure for looks and other features.
For just the Login With Facebook button, you can use the {JFBCLogin} tag. Simply place it anywhere on your site and it will automatically display: Custom HTML module, article contents, template, wherever. There are additional parameters you can set for it too, which can be seen at the bottom of the following page;
