JFBConnect v4.0 implemented the new Facebook authorization code (OAuth2) that Facebook will require in October. If you're seeing that message, it likely means that you have another Facebook extension on your site that is still trying to use the old method. A lot of times, even some other Fanbox or Like button extensions will override JFBConnect's setting that says we want to use OAuth2. In that case, you'll need to either disable that extensions or contact the developer to determine how to prevent it from doing so.

If you want, feel free to post (or private message) the URL to your site, and we can usually locate what's inserting the offending code.

Thanks,
Alex

This also happens to me.
And it happens because I am using the "send button" code copy-pasted from Facebook at developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/send/

Seems own Facebook social plugins are not yet compatible with Facebook itself...
(I am not using the "Send Module" because I need to place a specific URL on "data-href")

Any way, the send button still works ok...

Tarryn,
Yeah, it looks to be your ITP Share buttons. In the parameters for their Facebook extensions, they generally seem to have a "Include Facebook API" and "Include FB-Root" tag. You should disable both of those if you want to continue using the ITP extension. Otherwise, you can migrate to using our JFBCLike module or {JFBCLike} tags.

Hope that helps and fixes you up,
Alex

Hallo Alex,

Once more I cannot locate what creates the conflict.
The page is:
www.sintagespareas.gr/sintages/tiganites...s-xoris-tipseis.html

Is it easy for you to locate what is causing the conflict?

Thank you
Koyan

Koyan,
In the future, please try to post a new topic. I don't think your issue is directly related to the one above.

Either way, the problem is your Google+1 and FB Like button at the bottom of the article. The FB Like button is re-including the Facebook Javascript API and not initializing it properly at all. Hopefully you can use the new social widgets in JFBConnect 4.0 (Twitter, Google+1, LinkedIn, FB Like) instead.

Good luck,
Alex
