We've heard of that issue before, but never been able to replicate the problem. Can you try using the Send button on our JFBConnect home page to see if you run into the same issue?
If so, it may be something with your account, and we'd recommend trying with a different Facebook account. If you don't see the issue there, can you post (or private message) me a link to your site where I can see the Send button?
