Hi I was curious if anyone had any experience integrating this plug-in with the popular jSeblod CCK. We use that for custom registration because of the custom fields, but it looks like it's not natively supported.

Any tried to integrate the two and had success? Or tried to create your own custom integration with a 3rd party system?

No, as you noticed, we currently don't have a profile plugin for jSebold. We're always investigating new profile systems to integrate with, but honestly haven't investigated jSebold yet. We'll add it to our to-do list, but I can give any idea of when we'd be able to get to it.

We have tried to make the profile plugin creation as easy as possible (though still not necessarily simple). If you have a developer, or know PHP, feel free to check out our plugin development guide, which may help get you going. The knowledge there, combined with looking at an existing profile plugin, should help guide you through the process. Should you need any help, we can definitely provide pointers however we can:

Good luck,

Alex,

Thanks for prompt response! I took a look at the link you sent and that is exactly what we were looking for. Should definitely help in creating our own plugin.

Best,
Adam

Adam,
Sounds good. There are some minor changes to that guide that we need to make. Mainly, during registration, we pass in a variable about the user that just registered. It's a minor change, and if you look at an existing plugin, you should be good to go.

Either way, don't hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues!

Thanks,
Alex
