Pabdi,
I'm not exactly sure what you're seeing. When I go to the page, I see the raw {jfbccomments ..} tag, but the 'real' Facebook comment widget isn't displaying. First, the tag should be {JFBCComments ... }, and if that still doesn't work, make sure that you're admin key is correct there (the key=xxxx) value.

As for the moderator view itself, you should enable the Open Graph integration of JFBConnect, which will notify Facebook of who the moderators of the comments should be. By default, we specify the appId Open Graph parameter, which will let Facebook know that any administrator's of the Facebook page can also moderate comments. If you want to specify additional moderators, we can help you with that too.

Hope that helps explain, but if you have any other questions, let us know. I don't believe that Artio is the problem, but if the above doesn't help, we'll gladly look into things further to see if there is a conflict somewhere.

Alex

Glad to hear you solved the incompatibility.

As for adding other moderators for comments (that aren't admins of your Facebook application), you can do so in two different ways, depending on your scenario.

For moderators of comments on any page of your site
In the Open Graph tab in the admin area, add the following tag using the Facebook ID of any users you want to be moderators:
admins=xxxxxx,yyyyy

For moderators of comments on specific pages
You can add the following tags to any pages with comments that you want specific moderators for. This can be in an articles contents, a custom HTML module, or any other method to get this on the page:
{JFBCGraph admins=xxxx,yyyy}

xxxx and yyyy are unique User Id's for each user assigned by Facebook. You can get this from their Facebook home page in a few different ways, or you can use the UserMap area of JFBConnect to look them up (if they're registered on your site).

Please let us know how it goes, or if you need help with anything else,
Alex

Pabdi,
Glad you fixed the Artio issue. Should you run into any other login type issues, just let us know.

As for the Like button, it looks like Facebook has changed something on their end.. and the count is actually broken. Usually when they make updates that break things, they get fixed in 24 hours or so, so all I can recommend right now is waiting it out. For reference, our JFBConnect demo page uses the box-count style too, and the count is currently showing either:
www.sourcecoast.com/jfbconnect/

Additionally, if you use Facebook's own Like button configuration tool, you'll see the box count isn't working on that page either:
developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like/

So, hopefully that helps explain, even though the solution is simply to wait.

Good luck,
Alex

Look top right www.turismo-asturias.com count not show (module is setin box count)
but if the module is set to button count (example: www.turismo-asturias.com/turismo-rural/c...aldea-penanes-i.html) over the slideshow works fine

Any idea?

Yup, that's what I meant. It seems they're having an issue with it. I've noticed the box-count isn't showing the count on multiple sites over the last few days (not just Joomla sites). I'm sure it will be fixed soon, but not much we can do about it on our end.

Thanks,
Alex
